Staying Fit

Another extreme passion of mine is being active. In high school I was apart of 3 different sports teams (Soccer, Basketball, and Track) but that activeness soon dropped once going to college. So, I bought a Fitbit.

Being a college student and trying to fit in time for a work out is not easy. However, Fitbits keep you motivated. They are an excellent way to stay in shape. The American Heart Association says the average American should be getting 10,000 steps a day. This would be quite tricky to track without a Fitbit. One of my favorite parts of this is the buzzing and colorful lights that are displayed across the screen once you hit 10,000 steps. I make it my mission to hit 10,000 steps a day. This is a great way to stay active in college.
